At Teacher’s Little Helper, your satisfaction is guaranteed. Please see below for our policies on shipping, refunds and returns.
Shipping:
Orders will be shipped in 1-2 business days from the time of order. If any items are out of stock, we will ship your order complete when the stock is in.
Cancelling an order:
Provided that your order has not been shipped, you may cancel items from your order. Please call us at (905) 483-1995 and verbally cancel your order, and we will send you an email confirming your cancellation.
Returns:
Within 30 days of delivery of your shipment, you may return any item to Teacher’s Little Helper for any reason, for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) provided that the item is in its original condition, and unopened (in its original plastic wrap). Please email returns@teacherslittlehelper.ca to request a return authorization number, and include your order number in your email and the item(s) you will be returning. We will then email the instructions for sending the goods back to us.
Replacement of Damaged or Defective Items:
Teacher’s Little Helper can replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please email returns@teacherslittlehelper.ca to request a return authorization number, and include your order number in your email and the item(s) you will be returning. We will then email the instructions for sending the goods back to us. Once we receive the damaged goods, we will send out a replacement right away.
Refunds:
We will notify you of your refund via e-mail after we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7-14 days after we receive your return.
