Q. Do you accept school or district purchase orders?
A. Yes, purchase orders are welcome. Please fax to (888) 256-1020. Your order will be shipped and billed to the designated addresses on the purchase order.
Q. How much does shipping cost?
A. The website is integrated with Canada Post and UPS. Shipping charges are automatically calculated based on the total weight of the order and the postal code it is being shipped to. To see what the shipping charge would be, go through the ordering process, and before you are asked for credit card information, it will show you the total price including shipping and taxes. You may empty your cart at this point or change shipping method if you wish before paying and completing your order.
Q. Do you have a retail store where I can see products / pick up my order?
A. No. Teacher's Little Helper does not have a retail store. All orders are shipped from a warehouse using the most economical method.
